Place the order first, then use the customization information page or order support flow to send the artwork, photo, name or notes for the exact item in your order.
Can I make custom bedding from my own photo?
Yes. Choose a custom bedding product, select the size, and complete checkout first. After ordering, submit the photo, artwork or design notes for that order so the image can be matched to the exact duvet cover, sheet set or pillowcase option you selected.
What kind of photo works best?
Use the clearest original image you have. Bright, uncropped photos with the main subject centered usually print best on bedding, blankets, towels and home textiles.
Will you check the custom details before production?
We review submitted customization details before production. If something important is missing or unclear, support may contact you using the order information provided at checkout.
How should I choose the right size?
Choose by the exact dimensions shown in the option selector. For bedding, compare the size with your duvet insert or mattress, because regional size names can vary.
How long does delivery usually take?
Processing and production time are separate from shipping time. Delivery timing depends on product type, customization status and destination, and tracking is provided after dispatch.
